I used Kerr & Sheldon after someone hit my 2023 BMW M3. I was pretty upset due to the loss of value and loss of use after the car was at the body shop for a couple months. I reached out to Kerr & Sheldon for some information on how to file a diminished value claim. Russell was extremely helpful in providing me with resources to get me started and continued to answer my questions through the process. Not only did he provide references for appraisers he also provided me with useful resources in case I need to settle my dispute in small claims. He did all of this at not charge. Due to my claim not exceeding the amount that can be settled in small claims court, he was unable to represent me for my case. Knowing this, Russell still made the time provide me with very useful information and help me navigate a stressful process of going back and forth with the insurance company and getting low balled on a settlement.
